The new Spin Mania action game from Drumond Park www.drumondpark.com (rrp £22.99, age 6+) is a unique spinning, speeding, time trial challenge! Providing thrills and spills a-plenty, it’s popular – not just with both boys and girls, but with all the family!
Against the clock, players ‘spin-up’ three orange helicopter-like rotary plates one at a time, and transfer them to stands previously hidden by their opponents. The kids can make this tricky for mum, dad, nan or granddad, by placing the plate stands in hard to reach places, like under the table. The plates must still be spinning when the player stops the clock – then it’s the next person’s turn to try and beat the time. And if they want to make a real party of it, there’s plenty of scope for team challenges, too… you’ll soon have them all in a whirl!
